[TransWarp] peak.deployment -> peak.platform ?

It only saves one character, but it seems easier to say and type.  Contents 
would be:

peak.platform.config
peak.platform.logging
peak.platform.process.{daemon,lockfiles,...}
peak.platform.i18n

and whatever else I've forgotten about that goes there.  :)

Downside to the name: implies that it's only about platform-specific 
issues, when actually it's the PEAK *development* (or deployment) 
platform.  Hm.

Other possible name ideas:

peak.deploy
peak.system
peak.runtime

Thoughts, anyone?  We're about to start putting real stuff in the package, 
so speak now.  :)
