[ZPatterns] Zope2.6 and ZPatterns

Hi folks,

TransactionAgents + ZPatterns should continue to work properly with the 
forthcoming Zope version 2.6.

However, the DynPersist DLL will need to be recompiled. This is pretty 
straightforward on Linux and other unix-like systems. However, it can be 
a challenge on MS Windows.

If, when Zope 2.6 is in beta, anyone would like to contribute a 
DynPersist.dll compiled against Python 2.1.3 and Zope 2.6, I'll include 
it in the TransactionAgents distribution.
