Simplified API and improved propagation algorithm, replacing 'events'
with 'receivers'.  Eliminated decorator stacking, and removed the
ability to change a cell's ``rule`` attribute.  Fixed the spreadsheet
example so it works with Python 2.3, and doesn't need to set the
``rule`` attribute.
