Log Message:
Misc. usability fixups: help on 'peak help', 'peak' and 'Bootstrap' list
available shortcut names.  Changed 'config.Namespace().keys()' to not
include wildcards.  Added 'peak.util.columns' for columnar formatting
utilities; added an 'lsFormat()' function based on n2's 'ls' formatting.
