Add an LDIF output formatter.  Should work perfectly in conjuntion with
peak's LDAP cursor to produce valid LDIF, but I haven't tested.  Works
with SQL, but it's of limited value, of course.

Not terribly useful for now, but I'd like to factor out the "shower"
stuff (and give it a better name) later, maybe under peak.storage
somewhere, so that it can be used by other things and be extended by the
user via config properties.
