\redraw, and don't get confused when manipulating the !. buffer
(previously it would assume the state was where you left it,
so if you edited/loaded/whatever a file with an unmatched /*, it would
then be confused.

Also, this implements the missing "show what the input buffer is like after
\buf-edit" feature of SQSH that PJE complained about :-)
