Changed XMI DM class to support metamodels with nested packages for XMI
1.0; just a stopgap measure (it won't work with XMI 1.1) so we can replace
the 'peak.metamodels.uml' package.  We'll need to add a more sophisticated
registry to support XMI 1.1 with nested packages.
