Log Message:
Refactored to create mixins for different child-to-parent binding
strategies, and use them in place of hard-wrired ones.  Also refined use
of _getData/_setData API's around collection feature types.  Last (and
least), moved the "newElement" call to the pure AcquisitionModel, since
it's primarily a hack for the UML/XMI stuff more than for actual
applications.
