Log Message:
Added registry for delfields/changefields.  Refactoring and subclassing to
let Specialists be Storages, and to make the API more compatible with the
ZPatterns Rack/Specialist APIs.  This still needs caching mixins/plugins,
however, and this stuff probably needs to be pulled into the standard SEF
hierarchy - or perhaps an extended variation thereof.
