Modified Files:

	pylib/TW/StructuralModel: Basic.py Interfaces.py
	pylib/TW/XMI: Reading.py
	pylib/TW/docs: TODO.txt

Log Message:
Refactored basic StructuralModel to use a feature data mapping ('_fData')
in the Element in place of distinct Feature objects each with its own
'data' attribute. This makes it possible to use
'Database.RecordManagement.Record' objects as an Element's '_fData'
attribute, thereby achieving virtual storage management for features,
delegated to a Storage object. Also, refactored StructuralModel interfaces
and class names to better reflect the feature taxonomy, and updated the
TODO file.
