Added syntactic sugar for creating Template objects with keyword args as
well as dictionaries, e.g. instead of:

Template('Spam',(),{'foo':bar,'baz':blam})

You can now say:

Template('Spam',foo=bar,baz=blam)

This is especially useful when you need to assemble specifications into
a larger specification which contains them.
