[PEAK] Is ProxyTypes still maintained?

The github repo for ProxyTypes is here:

Unfortunately, with the recent changes to PyPI, it is impossible to change
any metadata without uploading a new version of the package, so none of the
PEAK projects have accurate repository or homepage info anymore.
