[PEAK] Licensing question about PEAK

Thanks for PEAK.
        
The various PEAK zipfiles seem to all have the following line in their
setup.py metadata:
    license="PSF or ZPL"
(and on their PyPI pages).
        
Is it possible to include an actual license file in their various
zipfiles, to make the licensing situation a bit more clear? (such as to
better identify the versions of those licenses)

Perhaps a PSF.txt and a ZPL-2.1.txt, containing the text of
 http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.7/license/
and 
 http://www.zope.org/Resources/ZPL
respectively?
