I've got the solution. I should have installed all of them with the option -m. Because in my case, I installed 3 eggs of sqlalchemy:
drwxr-xr-x ... SQLAlchemy-0.4.4-py2.4.egg
drwxr-xr-x ... SQLAlchemy-0.4.4-py2.5.egg
drwxr-xr-x ... SQLAlchemy-0.4.6-py2.5.egg 

and the first one was not installed with -m option. Once this was made, everythings worked smoothly.
