[PEAK] Problem with peak.rules and Python < 2.5

Right, that was it. My Py 2.3 and 2.4 installations were up to date, but 
the 2.5 installation was older. Sorry for being misleading; it had 
nothing to do with the Py version.

Great, thanks. Can you also provide a new snapshot so it can be 
installed with PyPI?
