[PEAK] missing setuptools-0.6a1c2 egg (and resolution)

The correct ez_setup.py is at http://peak.telecommunity.com/dist/ez_setup.py

The one at /snapshots was there for downloading the first candidate 
releases of 0.6a1; I forgot to remove it and the old eggs when the final 
version of 0.6a1 was released.  Thanks for the reminder; I've now removed 
those files from /snapshots.
