You should be able to use the ExeWithEggs approach as a stopgap. There is
some hope that actually py2exe support for eggs will be available at some
point, especially since Bob Ippolito is currently working on egg support
for py2app and hopefully a lot of his work will be reusable for
incorporation in a future version of py2exe.
More information about the PEAK
