[PEAK] a potential patch for zconfig_loader

Ah, I'm afraid I don't know how to 'use my schema directly'. :(
I'm just starting to learn peak, I'm afraid. Is there some
way to tell 'peak EventDriven' to use a different schema?

No, I mean, if you use your own schema directly, importing the one from 
PEAK, rather than using the one supplied by PEAK and importing your 
schema.  I'm trying to isolate whether this has to do with '%import', or 
something in your schema.
