[PEAK] PEAK CVS vs. ZODB CVS :: [pP]ersistence :: Round 1, Fight!

ZODB CVS installs a Persistence package
PEAK CVS installs a persistence package

OS X and win32 are not case sensitive, so whichever one installs first 
gets to choose the case of the path but the one who installs last gets 
to break everything :)

I believe the ZODB CVS Persistence is only useful for backwards 
compatibility reasons.. but I'm not sure exactly.  What should I do?
