[PEAK] fcgi required for trivial_web and trivial_cgi?

Thanks - that wasn't entirely obvious.  The bulletins script uses 
#!invoke which I've never seen before.

On a different note - do the trivial_web and trivial_cgi examples 
required fcgi?
