[TransWarp] bugfix for the latest checkins

Hi Phillip,

while using the latest and greates peak i probably found a bug:

in file config/config_components.py (406):
def nameNotFound(self,root,name,forObj,bindName):
    return naming.lookup(component, name,
         creationParent=forObj, creationName=bindName
    )

component should probably be root
