[TransWarp] Possible fix for printing tutorial PDF w/Acrobat Reader 5

After much web searching I think I might have found a workaround for the 
print bug in Acrobat Reader 5 printing the PEAK tutorial.  If you 
previously experienced problems printing it, could you try again and let me 
know if it works?  I don't have Acrobat version 5, and don't plan to 
upgrage (see http://www.micropress-inc.com/acr5bugs.htm for why).
