I presume you mean peak.ini.  Anyway, it's now in CVS, so:

    peak help something.something

now works for most values of 'something'.  It does not work very well for 
modules at the moment, e.g. 'help binding' is completely useless, and 'help 
logs' crashes the 'help()' function!  But specific functions or classes 
(e.g. 'logs.addLevelName') work, to the extent that they have docstrings in 
the source.
