Added a section to IntroToPeak/LessonTwo to briefly discuss the oranization of a non-trival PEAK application, and converted helloworld to follow that model (package file with commands.py, storage.py, model.py). Edited IntroToPeak/LessonTwo and IntroToPeak/LessonThree to reflect this change of organization. I also updated my tests in sync with the changes in the examples, and tested them.

I also fixed up the examples in IntroToPeak/LessonFour and the accompanying text to follow the lead of the previous chapters, including the changeover to using a package, and fixed my SQL code. Tests run correctly.

Ty explained that "namespace" has a particular meaning in PEAK, and my section on N2 was not using the term correctly. After some discussion, I think I understand the distinction, and I've edited the first half of IntroToPeak/LessonFour to reflect that.

Hmm. I have no idea how to make the names above work as links.
